THE
PROFILE
The Profile is an
all-purpose assessment that measures the qualities that make up
"The Total Person" - Thinking-style and Reasoning.
Occupational Interests, and Behavioral Traits. It is convenient
and easy to use, requiring only 60 minutes to take over the
Internet, on a PC, or with a booklet and pencil -- no
administrator or proctoring is required.
The Profile is used
for placement, promotion, self-improvement, coaching, succession
planning, and job description development. While no standardized
assessments can be customized, the Profile is more versatile. It
can develop Job Match Patterns that are customized by company,
department, manager, position, geography, or any combination of
these factors.
JOB MATCH MAKES
THE DIFFERENCE
Job Match Patterns are important because they allow you to match
the individual attributes of people with the qualities important
to success in specific jobs. Studies have shown that Job Match is
a more accurate predictor of job success than any of the commonly
accepted factors, such as education, experience, or training. When
you match people with their jobs, you gain productivity and
job-satisfaction as you diminish stress, tension, conflict,
miscommunication, and costly employee turnover.

EASY TO USE
The Profile can be conveniently administered in several ways -
over the Internet, or at your site, using either a computer or an
assessment booklet. Results are immediate thanks to computer
technology, and the reports you choose are in your hands in just
minutes.
The Profile is the
assessment to use for a thorough analysis of people, job
responsibilities, and Job Match. It is a valuable tool that will
help you build your organization and reach your goals.
SAMPLE REPORTS
The Profile Assessment Software will produce six types of reports. To help you better understand how The
Profile can help your business, we have provided you with Sample Reports for you to view or print. Please

this free software, click here. These reports can be utilized for the
following applications:
PLACEMENT REPORT
Used typically when you are trying to identify how well a person will fit into a given position. When they are outside of the Job Pattern, interview questions are suggested.
COACHING REPORT
Similar to the hiring report in that it matches an individual's actual results to a job pattern. However, in the Coaching Report, instead of interview questions, you have advice for the employee's supervisor when they score outside the job match pattern.
INDIVIDUAL REPORT
Generally the report that is shared with the individual
who took the assessment. This report indicates the score on
each individual scale and also provides a description of
what those scores suggest. There is no reference to any specific job pattern.
MULTI-JOB MATCH REPORT
Allows the matching of one individual to several Job Match Patterns. This facilitates an understanding of where the best job fit might be expected.
SUMMARY REPORT
Utilized to have a quick look on how well an individual fits into a particular job pattern. It reports the individual scores against that job pattern and gives a brief statement for each. There are no interview questions provided with this report.
SUMMARY GRAPH
A one page graph utilized to have a quick look on how well an individual fits into a particular job pattern.
